elementalist equiped with air or water? - Guild Wars Forums

Just wondering what would be the best to go to and also what is the best combo equipment for weapons for both?

I know it most of the time a thing of preference but the stongest combo in both would be nice to know... There is ton of info on the perfect combo for Fire element but not mutch on the air or water attribute.
